Valorant Announces Special Tribute To 90’s Games Coming In Episode 6 Act III
The Radiant Entertainment System Skyline offers players skins inspired by three classic retro game-types.
Riot Games is adding a bit of nostalgia to Valorant. Today, the developer announced the Radiant Entertainment System Skyline – Valorant’s batch of skins – will be introduced to the game along with Episode 6 Act III, on April 25. So, tomorrow.
The new skins are designed around three classic retro game types – laser shooters, fighting games, and rhythm games. Or, Bazooka Badger, K.nock O.ut, and Dance Fever. Each is designed to be colorful, pull in some of that 8-bit nostalgia, and just generally give the feel of a retro arcade. The Radiant Entertainment System includes a custom finisher, music tracks, visual effects, transformation, weapon skins, and more. The weapons in question are Phantom, Melee (Power Fist), Operator, Ghost, and Bulldog. Players will be able to purchase the full bundle for 11,900 VP. And there’s a lot there.
