Valofe Takes A Crack At Kritika With Kritika: Zero, And Now We Have The Release Date
Its selling features are “dynamic gameplay”, “stunning graphics”, and that it supports five languages.
As many of you know, there have been multiple releases of Kritika since the original release under En Masse. It’s changed hands a few times throughout those launches, but none have been all that successful. One launch even included NFTs. The last launch can still be found on Steam as Kritika Global, although it’s pretty much just archived there so it’s a bit difficult to say if the game we’re going to tell you about now is another reboot, or if it’s a new entry in the franchise.
What we do know about Kritika: Zero is what’s been given to us in the press release from Valofe. The game features “cutting-edge graphics, immersive gameplay, and the unique ability to connect players from around the globe with the support of five languages.” You read that right, five. The languages in question are English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, and Korean. Connecting players from around the world...truly unique.
According to the press release, the game’s graphics set it apart from other MMORPGs. Everything is “[brought] to life in high-quality detail”. Environments are diverse and feature “visual fidelity that enhances the overall gaming experience”.
As for the “dynamic gameplay”, Kritika: Zero has “fast-paced combat and a captivating storyline”. There’s a selection of character classes with different abilities and playstyles, customizable characters, and group dungeons. The press release also highlights the team’s “commitment to regular updates”. The game is already listed on Steam but has no set release date there, however the team's press release states January 25th as the "magic" date.

If I were to guess, the reason it kept getting additional attempts, is that it was doing better in at least some other areas, like Korea, than it was in global.
If this one fails, that's it, I can't see there being any more, as Valofe is already pretty much the end of the road for Korean developed games. Then Valofe apparently purchased all of ALLM's IP, so one has to wonder if ALLM as a separate entity even exists anymore.
