Where my MOBA fans at?
Following a Closed Beta, Omeda Studios has announced that Predecessor will launch into a free-to-play Open Beta on March 28 for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as Xbox Series X|S (not the Xbox One) and PlayStation 4/5. The game offers players a fast-paced action experience combined with strategic thinking and teamwork. There’s 30 unique Heroes to choose from as they engage in battles to protect their bases and dismantle their opponents' bases.
Predecessor follows Paragon, a free-to-play MOBA developed and published by Epic Games that launched in 2016 and then went offline in 2018. Overhauling the game’s existing assets, Omeda Studios has redefined the game's maps, mechanics, and characters to create a fresh and improved experience in Predecessor while staying true to Paragon’s essence.
There are plans for crossplay functionality across all platforms and localization support for multiple languages, as well as forthcoming visual enhancements and new gameplay modes like a ranked mode.
