Upcoming Medieval-Themed MMO The Quinfall Shows Off A Couple Weapons/Classes
The Sword and Shield, as well as the Archer.
In case you missed it, Turkish developer Vawraek Technology is working on a new medieval-themed MMO called "The Quinfall” — which they've been developing since their establishment in 2021. The MMO is set in a land filled with war and chaos, and players embark on a journey to save these lands, with player choices influencing the storyline. There’s time travel, steampunk robots, seasonal weather, extensive character creation, and even player-run taverns.
Recently, the developers highlighted two of the weapons/classes in The Quinfall.
The Sword and Shield class is renowned for its exceptional defensive capabilities and excels in hand-to-hand combat. Equipped with robust armor and sturdy shields, they effectively defend and attack enemies in close-quarters combat. There are two subclasses: Guardian and Swordmaster.
Guardians are battlefield defenders with the mission of protecting their comrades. They wield heavy armor and large shields, standing at the forefront of battle to endure enemy assaults and minimize damage to their allies. Swordmasters, on the other hand, are masters of the sword, striking swiftly and powerfully to deal substantial damage. They possess the skill and agility to wield a sword with one hand while using a shield.
The Archer class in the game is known for its proficiency in long-range combat and skilled use of arrows to deal critical hits. They are swift and agile warriors who form a close bond with nature and its creatures, allowing them to use natural abilities and have animal companions in battle.. There are two subclasses: Hunter and Critical Archer.
Hunters harness the power of nature in battle, drawing strength from both a loyal animal companion and the forces of nature. They emphasize quick and stealthy tactics. Critical Archers, on the other hand, focus on precision and strategy, carefully calculating each arrow's impact to deal significant damage to their enemies. Both subclasses offer players different playstyles and the flexibility to customize their Archer class character according to their preferences and gaming strategy.
