Ubisoft's PC Features Trailer For Skull And Bones Paints The Game In A New Stunning Light
Specs aside, the game actually looks really good in the environment sections.
Ubisoft's upcoming pirate title, Skull and Bones, has released a PC Features trailer today that goes through different technical attributes players can expect on PC. Surprisingly, the features really make the game pop in its environmental areas.
The features listed during the trailer: Uncapped FPS, support of 4K & HDR, XESS, ray tracing, wide-screen support, graphical customizations, and more paint the game in a stunning new light. The video introduces vibrant islands, ships gliding across the water, and segments with shadows and lighting that offers believable nightlife out on seven seas. All this is to say the game looks great on PC, but we'll have to get our hands on it on November 8 to know for sure.
How these graphical feats act during ship-to-ship combat will be the actual test. The game has been in development hell for quite some time, but maybe it will deliver a smooth experience on launch and show up the naysayers. Time will tell.
