Ubisoft Announces 100-Player Might & Magic: Chess Royale
What's better than auto-chess with seven opponents? How about auto-chess with 99 opponents?
Ubisoft has announced Might & Magic: Chess Royale, the latest incarnation of its popular Might & Magic franchise that merges the auto-chess and battle royale genres. Despite its intimidating size, Ubisoft says that games will only take about 10 minutes to play, as you collect and upgrade iconic units from the M&M franchise and send them off to battle in "thrilling and exhilarating fights."
We don't know yet if Might & Magic: Chess Royale will be free-to-play, but given that it's going to be available on both the Google Play Store and App Store -- as well as on Uplay for PC gamers -- we'd bet that it probably will be. You can pre-register now on the Ubisoft site in anticipation of Chess Royale's launch on Jan. 30.
