TWID: Destiny 2 Players Will Finally Be Able To Access Their Vaults From Orbit
Also, Bungie is changing Ghost Mods’ energy costs and Enhancement Prisms/Cores.
Soon in Destiny 2 we will finally be able to access our vaults from orbit.
That’s the highlight of this latest addition of This Week In Destiny. The change goes into effect with Season 23, making it more convenient to manage gear and loadouts before engaging in activities. Bungie said the team is also exploring additional in-game options to improve vault accessibility in the future.
Besides that major quality-of-life adjustment, there’s also a revision for Ghost Mods’ energy costs. Players will get more flexibility in customizing their Ghosts while keeping valuable XP mods active in the future. They can do so in Season 23 too, and Bungie plans to make further tweaks based on player preferences and usage.
Then there’s an alteration related to the shooter game's Enhancement Prisms and Enhancement Cores offered by Rahool. Players can now exchange one Enhancement Prism for five Enhancement Cores at a cost of 2,500 Glimmer, providing a more affordable option for upgrading equipment.
In addition to everything mentioned above, Bungie also said the team is actively working to combat cheating — emphasizing the risks of using boosters and paid-carry services, which often lead to compromised accounts and permanent bans.
