Turn Into A Rat And Do Some Questing Or Jump Into Festivult Content In Dungeons & Dragons Online
Lucky for them I've always wanted to be a rat, so there!
It's Update 71 day for you DDO players out there. That means two primary things: you can turn into a rat and do some quests in the MMORPG to get rid of the Night Brigade, and you can go do some holiday work for the Jester of Festivult. Both items are live in Dungeons & Dragons Online, with the holiday Festivult event only running until January 7th.
On the holiday front, Festivult sees every treasure chest in the realm getting a chance to drop festival coins. Coins come in the copper, silver, and gold varieties, and their rarity goes the way you would expect with gold being the most rare. Turn your coins in to the Jester of Festivult for a random gift...and it COULD end up being an "exceptional" gift if you're very lucky. Here's all the places you can find the Jester and some details on the holiday buff foods this year. They've been fixed so that you can eat all of the Abishai Cookies in a row for a buff.
As for the latest new content, the new Adventure Pack, "Fall of the Night Brigade," is now available for purchase, it's free for VIP members, though. Take a little walk over to Wheloon Docks and talk to some wererats to get started on a series of new quests taking on the Night Brigade. Yes, you'll be turned into a rat yourself for some of this fun.
So yeah, happy rat holidays!
