Turn-Based 1v1 Tactics Game The Hexadome: Aristeia Showdown Brings Tabletop Fun To Your Screen
It kind of reminds me of Atlas Reactor and I can't wait.
I absolutely freaking love me a good tabletop skirmish/strategy game, and Hexadome: Aristeia Showdown is exactly that, only in a digital format. An adaptation of the Aristeia board game, Hexadome: Aristeia Showdown features turn-based 1v1 tactical action as you put on a show for the spectators.
I've really missed Atlas Reactor since it died, and this kind of gives off the same vibes. It's not exactly the same, but it feels similar enough that I think I could really enjoy it.
During each season you will fight to climb the ladder in 1v1 turn-based tactical PvP matches. You can assemble your team by creating a squad of champions from a roster of characters who each have their own unique abilities. Thrill the crowd by putting on a brutal spectacle in order to unleash your ultimate ability. You can manipulate the RNG by hacking the arena, collecting drops, and promoting sponsors.
You can sign up for the closed beta which runs April 4-9 over on Steam. The Hexadome is planned to launch into Steam Early Access this summer. I can't wait.

The Ubisoft show certainly keeps getting more interesting.

And the devs have temporarily disabled Combat Blink, just for a little test.
