Travel To The Indigo Island Tomorrow And Explore An Underwater Sanctuary In Lost Ark’s August Update
The update also introduces a new progression system feature.
Lost Ark is due for its next update. In fact, it drops tomorrow, August 14, bringing with it a new zone, new systems, and an event among other things. The new zone, Indigo Island, is intended for players with an item level of 1600 and includes a single-player dungeon with three different paths. Players will need to pick up a special quest in order to attempt this dungeon.
The update also introduces the new Bound Gold System to the MMORPG, which grants players gold exclusively used in the game’s progression systems. Two of the game’s current systems will now require Bound Gold instead of Tradeable Gold.
Another new system is the Chaos Dungeon Purification System. Players can now earn Purification Points while playing through Chaos Dungeons with Aura of Resonance active, earning enough of these points will earn players reward chests. To celebrate the new system, a special event will take place between August 14 and September 25. During this event, players will earn additional rewards via bonus reward chests.
