Traitors In Salem

After the bloody battles that occurred in BlankMediaGames' previous title, Town of Salem, the inhabitants of Salem are finally living peacefully enough. Even so, chaos is swelling and beginning to bubble to the surface again. In this new social deduction game, Traitors in Salem, players will have to either work together to save the town and banish the Necronomicon for good or take a more wicked path that will lead the town to destruction. The choice is yours.

Players will choose from 31 unique roles and use their abilities to gain information around town. The diverse cast of players will have to decide if they want to be a Town Member and save the town of Salem, or become a Traitor and destroy the town. To win the game as a Town Member, players will need to either deal with all of the Traitors in town or complete all of the quests needed to banish the Necronomicon in order to win. This is very similar to the popular deception game, Among Us, where to win, players must find the imposters or finish all their tasks before too many players die.

As a Traitor, players will be possessed by the Necronomicon. In this role, players will have to sneak around and attempt to kill as many Town Members as possible. Traitors will be able to use their unique abilities to burn away dead bodies, convert Town members over to the dark side, and use special spells that can displace players to odd ends of the map.

Traitors in Salem will release into Early Access Beta on April 22, 2022. If you would like to learn more, head over to Traitors in Salem’s official website.
