Torchlight: Infinite's Next Season Swaps Knives For Paintbrushes And Ushers In A New Hero
A full reveal stream is scheduled for October 11th.
The next season coming to Torchlight: Infinite introduces something a bit different for the ARPG. Sure, there will be combat to take part in and rewards to be had, but things are going to get a bit different in a cold white land. It looks like players will turn in their weapons for a paintbrush and add some color of their own to the landscape.
What this actually means gameplay-wise is still a little bit of a mystery, though. XD Games simply says the season adds the most "creative and challenging content yet."
Season 6, releasing October 24th, will bring a new hunter into the mix, too. Selena is a musician that can swap between two different forms, each with their own effects. If you're a crafter, expect huge changes to the crafting system to come with the new season.
While we have a few more tidbits, like the inclusion of new boss battles and changes to strategy in the game, we don't have specifics yet. Those will come on October 11th at 10 AM EST when the team drops all the details on their reveal stream.
