Top-Down MMO Corepunk Prepares For Its Third Alpha Test, Hopefully With Fewer Disconnects
The test should be more stable this time.
On July 1, Artificial Core will be kicking off the third alpha test of the top-down MMO Corepunk. The test will run for a week, ending on July 7, and will include updates and improvements made based on player feedback from the last test. Mostly, the team has been working on the technical issues, eliminating the issues with disconnects. With all the work done, they believe players will find the game to be more stable. In addition, parties should work properly now.
In addition to the technical work, the development team has also made additional changes. Included in the changes are things like removing the influence of efficiency on the chance of procs and making it so that gathering and crafting rare and epic items simply unlocks at a certain efficiency level.
Other changes include adjustments to the game’s economy and trading, as well as changes to the world map for both PvE and PvP. For the story lovers, 150 quests have been added to the game – both main plots and side quests. The first plot is the early game content, which serves as the beginning of the game’s first season.
