Even more ways for players to progress in the MMORPG.
Let’s get extreme.
The "2 Extreme" update for Lost Ark rolls out today, featuring the Valtan Extreme raid and special anniversary events. Valtan Extreme introduces a challenging version of the MMORPG's 8-player raid with Normal and Hard difficulties, promising even better rewards for those who complete it.
The update also introduces a unique reward system tied to gate progress, offering players the opportunity to earn rewards every two weeks based on their raid achievements. Additionally, there’s various quality-of-life improvements and tweaks, including adjustments to the EAC authentication system and changes to purchase limits.
A series of co-op quests and events marks the second anniversary in game. Each two-week period of the festival has activities like scavenger hunts and races, offering players the chance to earn tokens redeemable for valuable rewards. Tokens for progression can be earned through participation, including chaos dungeons and guardian raids.
The Birthday Bash event invites players to revisit iconic Lost Ark content released over the past year. Completing missions in specific areas means rewards like honing materials, gold, and cards. The event aims to provide a nostalgic trip for players while aiding their progression in existing and upcoming content.
