Titan Talk Stream Showcases Assault Mode In Smite 2
The mode is still in the works, but it is coming.
Earlier today, in the most recent Titan Talk! Stream, Isiah and Killgoon showcased the upcoming Assault mode for Smite 2. As pointed out on the stream, Assault is currently the second most popular mode in OG Smite, so it only makes sense that they add it to the newer MOBA.
What they’ve decided to show off in today’s stream is a temporary version. In fact, it’s built on a partial version of The Conquest map. As they work on it, they will be adding more to the ruleset as well as eventually giving it its own dedicated map. In the meantime, they feel this will at least give players the general experience, “all random, all mid”.
Of course, the stream shows off the map and some of the gameplay players can look forward to in the current version. Those interested can watch the stream below. Don’t worry about having to look for the proper section. They jump right into it at the start.
