Time To Explore Medieval Seoul And Enhance That Sovereign Weapon, Land Of The Morning Light Expands In Black Desert Online
Now to see if players are happy with the update and if they think there's enough content added.
Black Desert Online players get new lands to explore today as the MMORPG launches the Land of the Morning Light Seoul update on PC. After the first part of the Land of the Morning Light update was well received by critics, but less well by players who logged reviews, the team was certainly going to expand upon the ideas in the new content.
This time we travel to medieval Seoul. Featuring architecture and iconic locations inspired by Korea's Joseon Dynasty, Seoul introduces the new Hwanghae region and eight new questlines to work your way through. You may want to play through these a few times as Pearl Abyss has advised that the outcomes of each line can be different based on decisions the player makes as they work their way through the new adventures.
The Black Shrine also gets some love in Seoul and now you can take in groups of up to 5 players to challenge six bosses. This feature is what players looking forward to the expansion detailed as the most meaningful piece of content coming in Seoul, so it'll be interesting to see how these challenges are received by players.
The new grind on hand will be working on that Sovereign Weapon. It's time to make the strongest weapons even stronger. Take your PEN (V) Blackstar weapon and start farming up Primordial Flames and other rare materials to juice that power even more.
Don't forget that the team has been dropping a video each day showcasing features in the Seoul update and there's about 4 up so far for you to catch up on. New videos will continue to appear each day until September 18th.
