Three New Warframes and Digital Extremes' Other 2019 Plans for Tenno
The new year has barely started and Digital Extremes is already raring to go. During the latest Warframe devstream (Number 122, for those of you keeping track.) the DE team shared details on their plans for the rest of the year -- including the introduction of three new Warframes and a roadmap detailing new content.
Two of the new Warframes have already been revealed -- Hildryn and Wisp. They can be seen in the image at the top of this post. Hildryn is a shield-based frame -- and is the purple and green one above. She'll have an Archwing gun when she arrives. All we know about Wisp is how she looks.
Outlined in the dev stream -- and the post on the Warframe site -- are the rest of the plans for the year. This includes new events, an update to Gas City, a new cinematic quest titled "The New War", and an all-new faction that is currently set to arrive in the fall.
There are also plans for reworking older content and improving player experience. The full stream is available to watch below.
In additional Warframe news, Digital Extremes announced today that with the help of their community, they were able to dotate $100,000 to the Canadian Red Cross. Great job, Warframe players!
