The next event up for the 2025 Event Campaign in Star Trek Online drops into the F2P MMORPG tomorrow on PC and will run for 3 weeks. After the event closes, the event will move over to consoles starting on May 27th. This time there's a bit of a problem with the Tholians.

You see, they seem to have taken over a significant portion of the Romulan Flotilla all in an attempt to snag the Vault. Players can take on either the Azure Nebula Rescue (Space) TFO or the Vault: Ensnared (Space) TFO to gain progress towards the event's grand prize rewards. You need to complete 14 days' worth of progress to land yourself a unique Tholian Shocktrooper Radiation Cannon ground weapon (unlocked for your entire account), and some reward boxes and dilithium ore.

If you've done previous events this year, remember, this one does count towards your completion for the 2025 Event Campaign. You'll need to participate in six events in total throughout the year in order to earn the Grand Prize: A Tier 6 Infinity Promotional Ship of your choice, Two Free T6 Zen Store Coupons, and 1500 Lobi.

There will be options to buy your way through to these rewards, but why spend the cash when you can do it for free? If you aren't quite able to finish your progress, though, your account progress will be saved and there will be a few "catch up" methods dropped later this year to make sure missing one event doesn't cost you your ultimate rewards.
