This Will Be The Last Weekend Before New World: Aeternum, So Have A New Dope Gameplay Trailer
The marketing team deserves a week off soon. They've more than earned it.
Last week saw the drop of a new trailer for New World: Aeternum. That certainly wasn't the only video the MMORPG's team has dropped, and we've covered many of them, but it was one hell of a trailer. It seemed to show pistols and dual wielding, too...but Amazon Games wouldn't confirm if players would be able to do that for me. I got the old "no comment."
What was missing from the trailer, though, was gameplay.
That's remedied today with the release of the official gameplay trailer. Now, honestly, the entire thing isn't actually gameplay. The video kind of mixes gameplay in with cutscenes and it does it VERY well. Despite what may happen after New World: Aeternum releases, I have to give it to the marketing team these past few weeks. They have put together some great advertising material and some playlists to help new players get started, and they've basically all been hits.
Make sure to hit up the full post on the trailer for additional info about game content coming next week.
So, sailors, are you ready for next week yet?

This is an update where you really should watch the preview video.
New combat content and expanded housing (though not in the way you’d expect) are on the list.
It's still console exclusive, though, being available on only the Ps4 and PS5.
