The World Of Pantheon: Rise Of The Fallen Is Looking Much Better With The New Lighting Update
Pantheon is showing off it's new lighting and recapping Season 2.
Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen just dropped its mid-season update and is sharing the changes and improvements that have recently been made to the MMORPG. There's the new area of Avendyr's Pass known as Mad Run, which is decidedly darker and full of spanning webs and spiders galore.
Along with the new area came new swarm and minion mechanics for NPCs, updates to several class abilities, updates and improvements to spell resistances, and updates to the woodworker craft profession.
From the outside looking in, however, the most impressive thing they have implemented into Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen is the improved lighting. It's especially obvious when it's put side by side like in the following video from Readbearflynn, who put out a before and after comparison video that Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen included in their mid-season update. The video does a fantastic job of highlighting the changes to the lighting system and it's amazing how much of a difference it makes. You can check out that video in its entirety below.
