The Pac-Man X Fortnite Collab Will Begin On June 2
Not sure what’s in store for Fortnite with this one, but hopefully Pac-Man and his four ghostly friends will all have a part to play.
The popular Japanese video game character known for his round yellow body and insatiable appetite is coming to Fortnite on June 2. The collaboration between Fortnite and Pac-Man was recently announced on Pac-Man’s official Japanese website.
While the collaboration has been confirmed, the details in what part Pac-Man has to play has yet to be released. It's hard to imagine Pac-Man as a playable character as he has no arms which would make wielding a pickaxe rather impossible. Still, maybe Fortnite would take a design similar to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s rendition of Pac-Man.
Fortnite has not released an official statement as of yet so it's difficult to guess what this collaboration has in store. It could be anything from Pac-Man themed outfits to maybe even a Pac-Man styled pickaxe. (Say that three times fast.) Thankfully, with the collaboration only a little more than a week away, more news from Fortnite should arrive soon.
