The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot teases first female hero, The Runaway
When it comes to heroes, The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot was admittedly lacking in the gender diversity department. The castle crasher currently gives players the option of beating enemies into a pulp as a young male knight, a medium aged archer, or a decrepit Wizard who may or may not be hiding something under that beard of his. That's all fine and dandy until you realize males only make up half the world and I believe that applies to heroes as well.
Luckily Ubisoft in an effort to remain ahead of the stereotypical gender curve, has announced the latest hero for Epic Loot, a female called The Runaway. So what do we know about The Runaway? Well for starters we know she ran away.
She was at one time, the daughter of a world famous classical harpsichord (real instrument) duo, but the life style didn't suit her so she set off with her trusty axe in search of a rocking adventure.
In terms of how she gets down to business, The Runaway fights as a slow hitting mid-range melee attacker. Her attacks while slow -due to just how massive her axe is- are actually more devastating than any other character currently in the game. No word yet on when The Runaway will be officially added.
The Mighty Quest For Epic Loot is currently in closed beta. Players interested in signing up can visit the official site here.
