The Guardian Games Return To Destiny 2 Next Week As An All-Star Event
The event introduces the game’s first hoverboard.
Okay, Destiny 2 fans, it’s that time again. Time for Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks to compete against each other in a bid for glory – and a chance to have a statue erected in their likeness. The statue will be viewable by all in the Tower for the year. The event will offer a variety of rewards as well, including the shooter’s first-ever hoverboard: the Skimmer. The All-Star Vector Skimmer will be available for all players to earn.
As this is an All-Stars tournament, it will feature an updated scoring system that includes Focus Activities – new limited-time boosts that grant extra Medallions to the winning classes. Complete Event Card challenges and unlock rewards including a new Exotic Ghost Shell, an Exotic emote, and more. Those who complete the Gold Event Challenge before March 26 will earn Bungie Rewards that can be used to purchase the physical 2024 medal through the Bungie Store. The event is detailed in full in the latest This Week in Destiny.
