Last week I saw Illfonic teasing the upcoming additions to Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed on their X account. The team was posting pixelated pictures of a new hunt target coming soon. Players were invited to decode the image and guess who was being added. Literally within minutes I saw the same guess coming up in the replies.

Today, Patch 1.10.0 had dropped and the guesses have been confirmed. The Scoleri Brothers launch the first "double ghost" bounty in the asymmetrical ghost catching game. Don't remember them? In Ghostbusters II, just as all hell is starting to break loose, two ghosts that seem to have been given the electric chair appear in the courthouse. Yep, that's them!

Now it's time for you to do the busting and nab the brothers again, but you may need some help before heading to the courthouse as you'll need to catch them both to unlock them in your ghost roster. Just remember, you'll have to have completed the Samhain bounty to open up this new hunt.

New ghosts always call for new gear and Illfonic has chosen to create their own spin on the classic proton pack. It's kind of risky to mess with iconic items and the proton pack is certainly iconic. I'm not quite sure where I stand on the new look. I do like it...but I think it's just something I'll always like the classic look of better. Who knows, though, maybe it'll grow on me. Do you like them?
