The Final Fantasy XIV Team Will Be Joining The Fun At PAX East
Yoshi-P will even host a special Dawntrail panel
If you’re planning a trip to PAX East in March and you’re a Final Fantasy XIV fan, you have something to look forward to. Today, Square Enix announced that some of the MMORPG's team will be in attendance. There will be a booth players can visit throughout the convention. There will also be a Saturday Panel titled “Journey to Dawntrail: The 10-Year Adventure of Final Fantasy XIV” hosted by Yoshi-P.
Now, this appears to be a retrospective more than something like a live letter, so we’re not sure if there will be any news about the upcoming expansion, but it may not be out of the question. The event is scheduled to take place at Noon Eastern in the Main Theater. Attendees will also receive a mini Dawntrail poster (while supplies last, of course).
Of course, since Yoshi-P is going to be attending, he won’t just be talking XIV. He and other members of the Final Fantasy XVI team will also be hosting a panel titled Leviathan the (Not So) Lost is Here: What’s New in Final Fantasy XVI DLC, The Rising Tide. Those interested can attend the panel in the Albatross Theater on Friday, March 22 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern.
Of course, the events will be available to watch via the different streaming services, the full list of which can be found in the announcement on the Lodestone. Details on other convention activities can be found there as well.
