The Evil Dead Game Has Been Delayed...Once Again
Saber Interactive announced the release date has been pushed back to May.
Those of you waiting to play the multiplayer Evil Dead game are going to have to wait a bit longer as Saber Interactive announced a second delay for the game this morning. Rather than launching next month, the game is now slated to release on Friday, May 13th. It may seem like they may have chosen that date for more reasons than just assuring the game is polished, but if you have to delay a game to make sure it’s good, why not pick a fun and rather appropriate date to move to.
The delay was announced via Twitter this morning in a thread stating that they know it has to be “groovy as hell” and that the delay is “to deliver the best possible experience”. They also added that the delay would give their “team the time they need to get things just right” and that players won’t have to wait too long for more news on the game. In fact, they promised pre-order information and a new trailer in February.
