The Elder Scrolls Online To Kick Of 2024 With A Global Reveal Show
And the anniversary celebrations will roll into 2025.
As you might have heard, 2024 is a big year for The Elder Scrolls Online. In fact, recently we posted about an anniversary celebration taking place in Amsterdam next April – as well as some more local events around the world, but that’s not all that’s happening for fans of the MMORPG.
In the most recent Studio Director’s Letter, Matt Firor revealed that as the game didn’t roll out for console players until a year after it launched on PC and Mac, they’re going to consider April 2024 through July 2025 as their anniversary period, and they plan to pack it with all kinds of celebratory activities. Among the things listed are the Amsterdam event in April and a special themed ESO Tavern in Germany in July.
Before that happens, the dev team will be hosting a Global Reveal show in January. This will offer players a look at future content. As the post says, the story from the last year will continue, but players will be traveling to a different part of Tamriel. New systems will be introduced as well. Other than that, the post doesn’t go into too much detail… Spoilers and all.
