The Elder Scrolls Online Scions Of Ithelia DLC Is Here, Preparing Players For Gold Road
The free DLC is live on PC today.
Today, Zenimax released a new DLC pack for The Elder Scrolls Online. Titled Scions of Ithellia, the pack introduces two new dungeons, the Oathsworn Pit and Bedlam Veil. The MMORPG's dungeons will offer players new rewards and collectibles as well as achievements. The DLC also prepares players for the game’s next batch of story content arriving on PC on June 3: Gold Road.
In addition to DLC content, today’s patch also drops base game update 41 which includes free fixes, additions, and general improvements. Stackable siege weaponry is now available and should make inventory more manageable for all. It will both lighten it and stack up to 20 similar siege weapons. Also included in this update are spec changes for PC and Mac that ensure performance on older systems can be maintained in new content.
As is generally the case, today’s update does not include consoles. Xbox and PlayStation players will have to wait until March 26 for it to arrive. Also, note that the console date for Gold Road will be June 18.
