The Elder Scrolls Online Offers Players A Look At Update 43, Including The Home Tours Feature
The preview also included info on the Infinite Archive update and quality of life improvements.
Earlier today, The Elder Scrolls Online team shared details about the upcoming Update 43 in a livestream. They also posted something about it on the MMORPG’s blog. During the stream, the team showed off new housing features – as promised. These features include the Home Tours feature, which can be described a bit as a popularity contest for the players’ in-game houses.
Home Tours will allow players to share their homes with other players. The most popular homes will be showcased as “Recommended”, but players can search for specific homes via the UserID. Players can also find homes fitting specific criteria using applied labels. If a player finds a home they like, they can recommend it to others and favorite it. Just keep in mind there’s a weekly limit on the amount of recommendations a player can give.
In addition to the housing features, Update 43 will also update the Infinite Archive, adding new maps, enemies, Verses and Visions, and more. Yes, there’s new loot as well. Of course, the update also includes several quality-of-life updates. Included are updates to mount previews, new features, bug fixes, and more.
