The Elder Scrolls Online’s Legacy Of The Breton’s Story Continues In Latest DLC Update
The update adds new content and a whole lot of fixes and changes.
Shiny new story content is now available in Elder Scrolls Online. The game’s latest DLC, Lost Depths, continues the Legacy of the Bretons storyline while adding new dungeons and goodies. Both of the new dungeons are for four-player parties. The first, Earthen Root Enclave, takes players into a spiritual sanctuary that once belonged to the druids of Systres. The Enclave has been invaded by the Firesong circle and Druid Laurel needs help chasing them out and defending the site.
The second dungeon, Graven Deep, is a region of the Abecean Sea where ships disappear and never return, but at least one person seems to think those ships aren’t lost for good. Former pirate Dhulef is on a mission to find information on the legendary Druid King’s voyage to the Systres and possibly uncover an ancient secret hidden in the ocean’s depths.
Both of these dungeons launched with both a Normal and a Veteran version, and each dungeon also offers Hard Modes for its three boss fights. Of course, that means there are plenty of opportunities to receive rewards. New item sets are being introduced with both. Each will drop Light, Medium, and Heavy sets as well as a Monster Mask.
Players can also look forward to new achievements and titles. The update also brings new collectibles, dyes, furnishings, and more. There are quite a few tweaks and changes to previous content as well. In fact, there are so many, that it may take players a while to go through all the patch notes on The Elder Scrolls Online forums. The new content is available today on PC, Mac, and Stadia. Console players can hop in on September 6.
