The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Road Lore Drop Introduces The Wold Elf Nantharion
He’s the self-appointed ruler of the Dawnwood.
Imagine that you’re the descendant of aristocracy that has more or less lost its place at the top of the hierarchy. Now, imagine a whole new area similar to your home just appears one day. What do you do? You gather up a bunch of followers, claim that newly appeared forest as your own, and declare yourself king. That’s what.
That’s apparently what the last character highlighted in The Elder Scrolls Online’s Gold Road Lore Drop has done. The post shares a page from the journal of retired Imperial Scribe Beragon where he discusses the appearance of the new forest in West Weald and how the Wold Elf noble Nantharion Rayn led Wood Elves from Malabal Tor there to establish a town named Vashabar in the forest – which he’d named Dawnwood.
As the entry states, Beragon isn’t sure what this will mean for the area. It seems players of the MMORPG will just have to keep an eye on things and see how it turns out.
