The Division 2's Summer Event Puts A Damn Cool Squirt Gun Up For Grabs
Complete the event's project, earn The Cooler. It's that simple.
The heat rolls on and while The Division 2 continues to try to decide how to continue with Seasons 2.0 now that they're pivoting away from their original ideas after player backlash, it's summer event time in the shooter.
Any player that has unlocked Projects in The Division 2 (this happens very early so you literally could get there quickly if you're totally new) can take part in a series of Summer Event projects starting today. The event ends on August 20th, but it shouldn't take you all that long to finish off the line of required projects.
The Summer isn't done yet! The Division 2's Summer Event starts today. Find out how to beat the heat by unlocking a new Named Weapon, The Cooler! 🌊

The chain of 7 projects will lead you to a set of 8 different rewards including the ODEA Cowboy set of clothing. Finish all of the projects and you'll get "The Cooler", a Named Weapon that has a talent that causes the gun to shoot water on friendly targets. In addition to helping someone cool off, you'll also be giving them 50% Hazard Protection, too.
Kind of awesome, I love it.
If you are missing items from previous events, hit up The Hoarder when you go claim The Cooler to grab rewards from past seasons.
