The Division 2 Plans Major Overhaul In 2024 Which Will Delay Story DLC Until 2025
They are looking at February 6th 2024 for the major overhaul.
Today Ubisoft announced that The Division 2 will be getting a major game overhaul in early 2024. Developer Massive Entertainment said in a video that players can look forward to better communication and more frequent updates to the shooter next year. The planned overhaul to The Division 2 includes changes to PvE, PvP, talents, overall performance, bug fixes, and balance changes based on player feedback.
This overhaul comes at the expense of the planned Story DLC which was originally slated for 2024 but has now been pushed back to early 2025. There will still be seasonal content and other updates throughout 2024.
This overhaul of The Division 2 is codenamed Project Resolve and is scheduled to go live on all platforms on February 6th, 2024.
