The Chronoportal Phenomenon Has Returned to EverQuest II
Experience the first EverQuest without leaving your own game.
In honor of EverQuest’s 24th anniversary, Darkpaw and Daybreak are offering EverQuest II players a chance to experience the earlier game without ever leaving their own MMO. Players will have the chance to visit with Chronomancers that can take them back in time and allow them to experience moments from the earlier game.
The event isn’t just a rehash of previous years’ events. It will introduce eight new quests, a new achievement, and a whole bunch of new items for players to collect. For those wanting a different challenge, the event also includes special rules servers. The Tarinax and Varsoon servers will offer Overseer quests, and six Portals to the Past. Kaladim and Kael Drakkel exclude a few things due to level restrictions.
Players can also pick up a personal Chronoportal that will allow them to go back and earn rewards for previous years’ events, so if you missed out on those, don’t worry. Full details on this year's event can be found on the EverQuest 2 site.
