TGS 2024: My Hero Academia Heads Into Overwatch 2 And StarCraft Arriving On PC Game Pass
"It's about damn time..." I couldn't have said it better myself.
Incoming Blizzard news from Tokyo Game Show 2024 on two fronts, both coming from the Xbox showcase this morning. I've included the entire showcase below, too.
First up, the latest Overwatch 2 collaboration was revealed and skins from My Hero Academia will be arriving in the hero shooter on October 17th. There's a total of 5 different skins from the anime on offer including Tracer as Deku, Juno as Uravity, Reinhardt as All Might, Kiriko as Himiko Toga, and Reaper as Tomura Shigaraki.
The skins, and a bundle containing all 5 with a few extras, will be available until October 30th. If you don't feel like shelling out the currency, free players will also be able to score five sprays and a mighty charm.
Then we slide over to the StarCraft side of Blizzard for some strategy game news. StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft 2: Campaign Collection will arrive on the PC Game Pass service on November 5th. While you can play multiplayer for free already, these packages include the single-player campaign missions. In StarCraft 2's case, this package also includes the Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm, and Legacy of the Void campaign content. Co-op is also included.
Both will be available to anyone that subscribes to either Game Pass Ultimate or the PC Game Pass services.
As Blizzard says, "It's about damn time..."
