TERA Announces New Abscess Event

The Abscess returns to TERA once again, for a special "one-of-a-kind" event. EnMasse announced the new event on the game's site, noting that it only allows one entry per day. Players who complete the Event -- titled "Vanguard Request" -- will be awarded gold, Rewards points, tier 9 feedstock, and Dreadnaught ore.

In addition to the event, there is also a new set of PvP rewards and a Dreadspire update to look forward to. The Dreadnaught update will add new reward items to the 22nd Challenge in Dreadspire, with top level rewards including Noctenium Boxes, Goldfinger Tokens, and Goddess' Blessings.

EnMasse does emphasize that unlike the PvP and Dreadspire changes, the Abscess event is only available for a limited time -- although they don't specifically state when it will end. So those interested in participating will want to get in there as soon as possible.
