Take Advantage Of Star Trek Online’s R&D And Junior Officer Weekend To Get Bonuses
The event is underway on Xbox and PlayStation.
Console players looking to get some things done in Star Trek Online might want to take advantage of an event that’s happening right now. All weekend – ending at 12:00 pm Pacific on November 18 – players on Xbox and PlayStation can take advantage of the MMORPG's R&D and Junior Officer Weekend to receive bonus items. During the event, R&D packs will offer 25% additional items and R&D Material Reward Packages will reward 25% more materials, and maybe a Catalyst. Players will also receive additional materials and Dilithium Ore from Harvest Nodes.
On the Duty Officer front, a 50% Bonus Commendation XP for completing assignments will be rewarded throughout the weekend. Players don’t need to do anything special to receive this bonus. Just log on and complete the assignments.
In addition, a free Purple quality duty officer is available to players from the duty officer contact. Starfleet officers and their Romulan players will receive an engineering Exocomp duty officer while KDF officers and their Romulan allies get a Reman duty officer.
