SWTOR's Swoop Racing Rally Event Coming In Next Update, Now Live On PTS
Soon you'll be able to take your Star Wars: The Old Republic swoop racing exploits to the next level, with a new event that's being tried out on the SWTOR public test server.
The All Worlds Ultimate Swoop Rally will offer daily missions on Dantooine, Tatooine, and Onderon, and like swoop racing in the original Knights of the Old Republic, it's run by gangs scouting out the best racers ... or maybe just gathering to gawk at spectacular crashes. The missions are representative of the groups who supply them and will include objectives for tasks such as "completing the track as fast as possible or trying to blow things up." Complete missions to earn reputation, which grant you access to rewards ... you know the drill.
Coming in Update 6.1.2, the rally will run as a recurring event, similar to Pirate Incursion or Rakghoul Resurgence. Learn more about it on the SWTOR site.
