SWTOR’s Latest Patch Gives Nar Shaddaa A Makeover As Producer Looks Back On The Past Quarter
And brings with it the Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival.
Star Wars: The Old Republic’s Update 7.5 dropped a little over two weeks ago, introducing several bits of new content to the MMORPG, including some visual updates for places like Hutta, but the devs aren’t quite done yet. In the notes for patch 7.5b, the visual updates continue with the modernization of Nar Shaddaa. That means prettier slot machines, as they’ll be the first thing to be getting love. It’s good timing too, because the Nar Shaddaa Nightlife event kicks off on July 9.
For the most part, the rest of 7.5b consists of tweaks and adjustments. These range from new training modules for Basilisk Prototype ventures to UI updates. A full rundown of these changes is available in the patch notes.
If you’re one of those people who enjoys a little retrospective content, the Q2 2024 Executive Producer Letter is up as well. It does mention the latest update and generally teases the future but, as is generally the case with these letters, the bulk of it discusses what’s happened since the last letter was posted. Sadly, we don't get a glimpse into the future quite yet.
