Survarium Releases Two New Maps And Holiday Event
Christmas may (more or less) be over, but that doesn't mean the fun has to end in our favorite games. In fact, some developers waited a bit longer to drop their holiday events -- like Vostok Games. On Tuesday, the developer added new content to its online shooter Survarium, including two new maps and a holiday event titled Christmas Gun Race.
The first of the two new maps is based on a real location -- the Duga Radar Station. This is the biggest map to be added to the game so far. A video of the map is available below.
The other map, titled Olivia Mall, is a special map designed specifically for the Christmas event. Effectively, the Christmas event consists of trying to reach the "snowball stage". This isn't just throwing snowballs at each other though. These things are deadly, and you'll need to survive them while using them to take out everyone else. And yes... It's every player for themselves.
Also, in the spirit of the holidays, Vostok is running some social media contests where a few lucky players will win a month's worth of Premium service and 500 Gold. More details about this can be found on Facebook and Twitter.
