Stock Up On The Energy Drinks Because The Final Fantasy XIV 14-Hour Broadcast Is Coming Back
And yes, the next Live Letter will be part of it.
Get ready, y’all, because Yoshi-P and the Final Fantasy XIV team are planning one of their insanely long live streams. The 14-Hour Broadcast is coming back for the eighth time on Saturday, October 8. (Although, really, for those of us in the West it begins the evening of Friday, October 7, at 8:00 pm Pacific time.)
As with previous 14-Hour Broadcasts, viewers can expect special guests to offer insight into the process or creating Final Fantasy XIV. There will also be a quiz show, a Q&A segment, and a secondary broadcast featuring the "How Do You Like Hydaelyn?" team taking on the Zodiac Weapon Challenge.
Since the team is already spending a good amount of time on stream and players are waiting on news on the game’s next update, it only makes sense that the team kills two birds with one stone and hosts the next Letter from the Producer Live at the same time. The Live Letter will take place about an hour and a half into the stream at 9:30 Pacific time on Friday, October 7. It will be broken into two parts. The first will be a retrospective on the Patch 6.2 content and also offer a preview of what players can look forward to in Patch 6.25. The second part will give players insight into what it means to be part of the game’s Scenario team.
