STO Devs Post Overview Of Admirality System
With the addition of the new Admirality system, Star Trek Online offers players a new way to use all those ships they've earned access to during their time in the game -- sending them on assignment to retrieve assets and advance their influence. Today, the developers posted an overview of the system and how players can get the most out of it.
Whenever a player gains access to a new Starship class, it will also appear in their Admirality Roster. Each ship has its own rarity, stats, special abilities, and more. They can be used in a variety of campaigns for the Federation, Klingon Empire, and the Romulan Republic. Players can also take on Assignments, which can last anywhere from from 15 minutes to 4 hours -- depending on their preference.
