Springtide Comes To Dauntless, Save The Pufflehops!
Get ready for the invasion of the Pufflehops.
Get ready y’all. There are Pufflehops that need herding. Spring has returned to the Shattered Isles and Dauntless is celebrating with a limited-time mission that involves herding the little bunny creatures, gathering pretty eggs, and fighting off hungry styxians. Of course, the styxians are hungry for the Pufflehops, so the herding and fighting all go hand-in-hand. While this is a returning event, it features an all-new quest and new rewards. Players who want to participate can do so beginning tomorrow. It will last until April 14, so you have two weeks to obtain all your goodies.
Of course, the event is part of a slightly larger update filled with new story content, balance changes, quality of life additions, bug fixes, and the like. The biggest change is the rebalancing of Rumours. The changes come as a result of player feedback and mostly involved dropping the number of materials required for some of them. They’re fairly significant drops with Rumours requiring 50 of a specific material now only requiring 8 and another that requires 100 of two different materials now only needing 40 each.
As always, full details on the update can be found on the Dauntless site. If you’d like to read more about the event itself, you can find a page for it on the game’s site as well.
