Space Is Caught By Massive Invasions On All Fronts In Star Trek Online When All Red Alert Events Trigger At Once
The massive Red Alert event will be on all available platforms.
You know, Star Trek Online players are used to getting their "Red Alert" events periodically. The MMORPG runs them off and on all year and it's a nice way to farm rewards. Next week, on December 31st, every single Red Alert will arrive on all platforms at the exact same time. Borg, Elachi, Tholian, and more are coming, and with all those options you get to choose your favorite Red Alert rather than be tied to a specific event.
Completing just one event (your choice) per day per character gets you a "Daily Progress Point," in addition to the usual event rewards. Earn 10 of those points and you can claim a rewards package that contains one Ultimate Tech Upgrade, a specialization Point, and and Experimental Ship Upgrade Token. You can only claim this bundle once per account.
Completing events after you've already earned the Grand Prize will still be beneficial, though, if you're looking to scrape up some extra Dilithium Ore.
The Red Alert extravaganza ends on January 14th and is available to Captains level 50 or higher.
