So A Bunch Of Necromancers Run A Dungeon...Pantheon: Rise Of The Fallen Shows Off The Class Ahead Of December Early Access
The roadmap has been updated with a few more details as we approach December.
Necromancers have finally found their way into Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen. Yes, if you know me at all, then you know this will be the class I run with first as soon as I am able to play the MMORPG. Visionary Realms decided to showcase the class in their latest stream as pledges finally got their hands on the new class.
How best do you show off an individual class? Well, by running a 6-person party dungeon where every player is a necromancer, of course. It's kind of a "2 for 1" situation. You get to see an updated Halnir Cave dungeon and you get to see 6 versions of the new class summoning the undead and dying themselves...quite a few times.
Adding the necromancer class was just one of the October goals for Pantheon as the march towards the December early access continues. Other targets include the addition of Human, Dark Myr, Halfling, and Elf races. This will actually extend into November, too. The servers will open up on November 8th and will be up until December 1st. At that point, they'll be brought down as the team finishes off some starting experience improvements, bug squashing, and more.
The roadmap still has early access dropping during "this holiday season," but we're still waiting on actual dates.
In the meantime, have some stream fun below. It's well worth the watch.
