Smite Reveals The First God Of A New Pantheon
A new god is coming to Smite. But he's not just any god, he's a supreme god, and the first of the West African Yoruba pantheon to join the battleground of the gods. Olorun is unique, even among the gods of his own pantheon in that he's not the kind of god that gets involved in human affairs -- other than to have created everything.
While Titan Forge has revealed the new character, they have yet to drop full details on his kit. Instead, those interested in the game's development and character design process might be excited to read about how the game version of Olorun was created. (Honestly, I think the devs might have been influenced heavily by the constant presence of Marvel Studios in Atlanta on this one.)
If you're interested in reading about Olorun, you can find the "closer look" post on the Smite site. Those wanting to know a bit more about him can turn into the Mixer E3 show on Wednesday at 2:45 Eastern.
