SMITE Gets More Avatar: The Last Airbender Skins During The Avatar Event

SMITE is getting more Avatar: The Last Airbender skins this week with the return of the Avatar event. Toph Scylla, and Roku Yu Huang will be added to the chest with all previous Avatar skins in the MOBA. You can direct purchase these skins or roll on them in the chest. Any three unlocks will also land you the Fire Nation Toph Scylla skin.

The seasonal mechanic of Soul Surges are also being removed in this patch. They did not prove to be popular among players.

"There has been a lot of discussion regarding this seasonal mechanic and perhaps there could have been alternative methods for their success," today's patch notes read. "Making the Soul Surge Spirits more passive was attempted but the consensus was clear and the Surges have been removed from all modes."

The Stygian Beacon has had its cooldown reduced by a minute to 5 minutes, bringing the clash of the Titans into lane quicker. The clashing Titans have also seen buffs to their health, prots, and power, as well as gold and XP given.
