The Smite Fan Art Program Is Under Way For Season 8
Break out the art supplies and get to work. The Smite Fan Art Program is back. While the Titan Forge devs are hard at work on the MOBA's next event, they've decided to tide everyone over with a little bit of fan-art fun. So, submissions for Avatars, Jump Stamps, and Global Emotes are now open, and will remain so until May 14. Those who submit something have a chance to see their work in the game as player rewards -- and they'll receive 10 codes for their in-game art as well as an Artist Bundle containing the Artist Avatar, Jump Stamp, and Title.
The theme for this event seems pretty simple. It's "Smite". So, that should give everyone plenty to work from. Once submissions are collected, the devs will review them based on originality, technical feasibility, player appeal, overall theme, and quality. Up to 6 submissions will be chosen for further review (and all the fine-print related stuff). Those wanting to participate will need to look over the rules, which include image size specifications. Everything you need to know can be found on the Smite site.
