Shroud Of The Avatar Player-Owned Towns Finally Get Water Lots
Finally, players can have a their own home on the water.
Catnip Games pushed Shroud of the Avatar’s Release 135 today, introducing the final two types of lot markers for Player-Owned Towns to the MMORPG. As of this update, full water keep lot markers and full water castle deed lot markers are now available. This means that players who have a Player-Owned Town can offer water lots to other players.
The update introduces two types of water lots. Standard lots need to be placed on a shoreline while full lots are placed in the open water, creating a dock that facilitates homes being placed. One important thing to note is that these makers do not create islands. If you pick up one of these lots, you’re gonna be living in a houseboat – or something similar.
As for the markers themselves, the keep maker is designed to be placed in the lakes of grassland and forest 02 biomes. It can also be used in swamp biomes, but it won’t be completely in water. The full water castle is designed for the lake of the forest 01 and snowy mountain biomes. It can also be used in mountain and underground biomes, but as with the swamp situation, land will be on the edges. More information on the markers and lots is available in the update’s patch notes.
