Seven Weeks Of Timewalking Kicks Off Today In World Of Warcraft
Begin with Mists of Pandaria and end in Cataclysm.
A new Timewalking event begins in World of Warcraft today as the Bronze Dragonflight discovered disturbances in the timeways. Over the next seven weeks, players will travel through one of the MMORPG’s previous expansions every week, beginning with Mists of Pandaria and ending with Cataclysm.
As part of the event, the weekly Timewalking quest offered by Archivist Frithrun in Dornugal will offer players an increased reward of a Heroic Cache of Nerubian Treasures featuring items level 610-619. Once this event is over, the reward ilvl will return to normal.
Also kicking off today is The War Within Season 2 dungeon test on the PTR. The test will run for a week, ending on January 14. The devs also note that adjustments are being made to the testing format. Details on that adjustment can be found on the Blizzard forums.
